About this data

39 datasets and 13.7 million rows across the seven Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro counties (Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Anoka, Washington, Scott, Carver): parcels, recorded sales, permits, licences, code inspections, 911 calls, foreclosures, contamination sites. All of it is joined on the county parcel id. Anyone can pull one county's parcels; nobody has sales, permits and licences sitting on the same lot line. Every row comes from a government office of record (plus Overture's open places data). Nothing from Google, so the resale rights are clean. Parquet, one file per dataset, with a 100-row CSV sample each, full schema (every column, type, meaning, source and limits) and a sha256 manifest. This edition removes owner, taxpayer, applicant and contact names (see REDACTIONS.md).

For AI Agents

Via MCP Server
# 1. Add to your agent's MCP config (claude_desktop_config.json or similar):
{
  "mcpServers": {

  }
}

# 2. Your agent can then call:
